In rare cases, you may need some return assistance. The following information will help you process returns:


Items returned without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted. Please talk to a customer solutions representative, info@filmecompressor.com to get the RMA # and shipping instructions. We will refund you in the same way as your original payment within 3 working days after receiving the returned item.

Unopened goods
You can return any "unopened" products and accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply return the item to us and prepay shipping charges via UPS or FedEx. Some products include free shipping, so if you return one of these products, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from your return refund.

Opened goods
"Opened" and unused original packaging products and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery, but a 20% restocking fee is required to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging costs. Simply return the item to us and prepay shipping charges via UPS or FedEx. Some products include free shipping, and our actual shipping cost will be deducted from your return refund. Opened returns must be in a saleable state, with original materials and packaging.


Defective product
We recommend that you test your product within 15 days after receiving it. If you think the product is defective, please don't worry, please contact the customer representative to communicate and we will provide a free replacement service.

Other returns
If you wish to return the product for reasons not previously listed, you must submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the order.

Note: The products that are not eligible for return are as follows:
1. Any product not purchased directly from FILME Compressor.
2. Any product that has been installed or used.
3. Custom orders, genuine OEM and special orders.
